As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), he especially enjoys working with two groups that might seem like opposite ends of the spectrum: first-time home buyers and empty nesters looking to "right-size." Both are entering a new season of life, and both have a lot to consider, from school districts to access to healthcare to finding a home that meets their current and future needs. He also lives in a multi-generational household, so when a family is helping an aging parent move or combining households under one roof, he knows what's at stake beyond the numbers.

Zach has spent more than ten years negotiating land leases on behalf of national telecommunications carriers, a role that requires representing one side while still respecting the needs of the other. That experience has sharpened his negotiation skills and taught him to anticipate what every party in a transaction is likely to want and need, so his clients can plan ahead instead of getting caught off guard. He works alongside his longtime business partner, Leslie Carroll, with the goal of being his clients' REALTOR® for life.
